Dr. Thornburg received his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master’s in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Western States in 2012.
Dr. Thornburg practices evidence based medicine including diversified chiropractic adjusting and McKenzie Method which can alleviate symptoms originating from disc injuries to teach and empower patients to maintain their own progress. He is also skilled in a variety of soft tissue treatments including the Graston Technique, where he is an innovator and inventor of a tool used to perform Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). He strongly believes that an emphasis on corrective exercise and strengthening the body to be paramount to the process of healing, and encourages all of his patients to adopt these habits.
A native Oregonian, Dr. Thornburg loves spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, snowboarding, walking the river trail, listening to podcasts, reading and cooking. He is very laid back and personable, while also being able to maintain a high level of critical thinking, case management and care for his patients.
Sienna received her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2015 and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2016.
Sienna is a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist through Klose Training. She has a range of additional training and interest in perinatal and infant massage, headache support, cupping, and TMJ dysfunction.
Anyone who sees her can expect a thorough intake and assessment so that she can ensure a productive and safe massage. One will also likely be sent home with self care recommendations to get the most out of the treatment. She knows everyone is an individual and deserves unique and tailored care.
